Sarah Burt,  Deputy Director of Marketing
Sarah holds a BFA in Film/Video from The Rhode Island School of Design. She worked for many years in the motion picture industry before opening a gallery in Rosendale with her husband. She currently lives in Hurley and is very happy to wipe off the peanut butter and come down to WSW, where among other things, she serves as resident geek, expanding and maintaining WSW's on-line presence through the website, blog, online archive, Facebook, Flickr and whatever else she can think of.

Sandra Brown,  Office Manager
Sandra earned her B.A. in 2006 from Mills College, in Oakland California, where she studied English Literature and Book Arts. While at Mills, she worked as an assistant at the Heller Rare Book Room & Mills Center for the Book. When Sandra relocated to Rosendale over a year ago for WSW’s admin internship position, she had no idea she would become so smitten with the Binnewater. Now she tries in earnest to keep the flurry of office activity properly coordinated. She has also become close friends with the WSW Vandercook.

Kristen DeGree ,  Studio Intern
Kristen was raised in North Dakota and received her BA in visual arts in Seattle, WA. She enjoys the process of printmaking, and its cultural relevance in advertising and political propaganda. Kristen's work is inspired from disposable culture, and primarily with the waste and impersonality that results from it.
Lindsay Gleason ,  Studio Intern
Lindsay, originally from the Philadelphia area, graduated from the University of the Arts Printmaking department in 2007. Since then she has been living life, gaining experience, and collecting stories and moments to inspire new art. Her art centers around concepts of community and vulnerability using insects to draw parallels to humans.
Terez Iacovino ,  Studio Intern
Teréz Iacovino, a recent graduate of Syracuse University, originally hails from Middletown, New York.  She holds a BFA in printmaking and currently works with print, sculpture and installation. Growing up in multiple structures and locales, she has a vast interest in landscape, housing, and the relationship between the two.  Her work deals with the idea of sprawl, particularly suburbanization and land development.
Dorrie Sanders Dorrie Sanders ,  Chili Bowl Intern
Dorrie received a bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts in 2004. She began her career in clay working at a small pottery making slab built bowls and tiles while in college. Soon after graduation she made the switch and focused all her creative output on making her own clay studio.

Since 2005, Dorrie has been creating and selling functional stoneware pieces out of her studio. In the summer of 2009, she was an apprentice at Sheilagh Flynn studios. Dorrie is working on her portfolio in preparation for graduate school applications for ceramic arts.
