Women’s Studio Workshop was founded on the
principle that artists’ work is important and
must be supported. This is why WSW works so hard to
increase opportunities for artists to come and create
in our printmaking, papermaking, photography, and
ceramics studios. It is also why WSW needs contributions
from those who share our vision of encouraging and
paying art makers to do what they do best.
Your membership will help WSW maintain well-equipped
studio spaces, while giving women artists the tools
to communicate their vision, and exhibit and sell
their work. Membership also supports the Summer
Arts Institute, which offers artists a unique
and broad range of learning opportunities in printmaking,
book arts, papermaking, and clay. Join us to help
us continue Hands-on-Art
educational programs, providing an unique art experience
to children. Your membership is what makes our organization
