Nicole Donnelly came from Philadelphia, PA to teach papermaking in WSW’s Hands-On Art education program and to expand her body of paperworks about both the fragility and the resilience of the environment.

Nicole earned her MFA at the University of Iowa. Her work has been exhibited throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Mexico, South Korea, Germany, and the UK. In 2013, the artist founded paperTHINKtank, a community accessible hand papermaking studio in Philadelphia. In 2015, she became President of the International Association of Hand Papermakers and Paper Artists (IAPMA).
