Rebecca La Marre is a Montreal-based artist whose work focuses on history, technology, performance, and writing practices. Her books and performance have been exhibited and distributed internationally, including at The Serpentine Gallery, PS1 MOMA, and the Darling Foundry.

Rebecca arrived at WSW to experiment with clay and mold-making to make ceramic tablets for an upcoming writing workshop. She explored slab forms using foam and plaster, hypothesizing that different tablet shapes could affect the writing exercise.
