Inviolable habits

This book illustrates what may be considered a common thread between brides, nuns, and whores. Die cut tabs with photographs of a nun’s face open to reveal religious text and images of the whore. This book draws parallels between sexual innuendos both religious and realized, and questions the aim of prayers such as “blood of Jesus wash me” and “love of Jesus inflame me.”
