WSW’s 11th Annual Gala & Auction
WSW’s Annual Gala and Auction is an opportunity to celebrate artists and community leaders who have made a profound impact in the visual arts. Held at the Senate Garage in nearby Kingston, our gala recognizes the tireless dedication of individuals serving a mission for women artists or the Hudson Valley.
In 2017, we honored Ann Kalmbach, WSW’s co-founder and longtime Executive Director, and Robert “Woody” Woodruff, who has helped build, quite literally, WSW for over 40 years. Previous honorees include Barbara Leoff Burge, artist and WSW co-founder; Zarina Hashmi, artist and Artist’s Book alumna; Richard Frumess, founder of R&F Handmade Paints; Lara Giordano, art educator; Rachelle Spero, founder of CHRCH Project Space; and Tatana Kellner, artist and WSW co-founder.
Live & Silent Auction
Our live and silent auctions are made possible by the generous individuals and businesses of the Hudson Valley who support the Women’s Studio Workshop’s mission. Those interested in donating to the silent auction can find more information here.
Thank you to the generous sponsors of our 2017 Gala
